Maintenance staff at Idlewood Inn are responsible for the upkeep and repair of all areas of the building.
Maintenance will assess Work Requests daily and perform repairs on the building and in the suites as required. They also conduct daily preventative maintenance to reduce the probability of deficiencies that may cause inconveniences to our guests, students and staff.
Should you have any problems with your suite and you require maintenance assistance, please visit the Front Desk and report the problem. Students are requested to fill out a Maintenance Requisition Form.
When the maintenance staff has entered your suite, they will leave a Maintenance Notification Form. This form will provide you with an explanation as to why staff has entered in your suite and what work was completed. If they need to return to your suite for any ongoing maintenance, the notification form will inform you of this.
